Repair & Insurance Work

Plaster and paint damage from water, subsidence, or accidental damage. Documented for insurers.

What we cover

Damage that needs more than a patch and a coat of paint.

Burst pipes, roof leaks, subsidence movement, and storm damage all leave plaster and paint in a state that can't be cosmetically treated. The damaged material needs removing, the cause needs addressing, and the wall or ceiling needs replastering and redecorating.

We provide detailed scope of works documentation suitable for insurance claims. We'll describe what was damaged, what was removed, what was applied, and why — in plain language that adjusters and loss assessors understand.

Fixed-price quotes provided before work starts, which is what your insurer will need to approve the claim.

Note: We work directly with homeowners on insurance claims. We don't work with loss adjusters directly — all engagement is via the homeowner. Quote the damage to us, we'll provide the documentation you need to submit the claim.
