Commercial decorating has different demands from domestic work. You have handover dates, tenants who can't be displaced unnecessarily, finishes that need to last under high traffic, and a budget that needs to be known upfront and not revised.

We work in offices, rental flats and houses, common parts of managed buildings, and commercial premises. If the job runs over multiple phases, we can plan around your schedule.

How we work

8am starts. Work around your timeline. Fixed price.

We can start at 8am and, where required, work outside standard hours to minimise disruption to occupied spaces. The quote covers the full scope. If conditions on site require a change to that scope, we discuss it before proceeding — never after.
